Responsibilities: Maintains all member records and reports. Responsible for knowledge of and dissemination of all member services for all associations and councils.   Coordinates membership marketing activities with Director of Communications.

Responsibilities: Coordinates and executes the government affairs program within the scope of Association policy objectives and communicates issues and concerns to members of the public on issues that affect the industry.
